We currently offer delivery services nationwide within South Africa.


2. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Size and weight of the order

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

  • Express or same-day delivery is not available unless explicitly stated.


3. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (SAST) will be processed the following business day

Possible Processing Delays

Processing times may be extended due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • High order volumes during peak periods

4. Shipping & Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–6 business days

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time:
    Processing (1–2 business days) + Transit (3–6 business days)
    = Approximately 4–8 business days

5. Courier Services & Tracking

We partner with reputable South African courier companies to ensure secure and efficient delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be sent via email or SMS

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order:

Important:

  • Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun

  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the Returns Policy will apply


7. Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout

  • We cannot guarantee changes to delivery details once an order has been processed

  • Once dispatched, address changes or rerouting may not be possible

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

  • Customers should contact the courier directly to investigate or lodge a claim


8.2 Incorrect Address

The Shot Machine is not responsible for deliveries made to:

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Outdated addresses provided by the customer


8.3 Undeliverable Shipments

Orders returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Invalid or incomplete address details

  • Refused delivery

  • Additional reshipping fees, or

  • Order cancellation (refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping costs)
